Right of Withdrawal

Information on the statutory right of withdrawal for consumers, including a model withdrawal form.

1. Scope

This withdrawal notice applies to contracts concluded by consumers via our website.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.

2. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

3. Withdrawal period

for services: from the day the contract is concluded.

4. How to exercise the right

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter). You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

5. Effects of withdrawal (refund)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (including delivery costs where applicable, except for additional costs arising from a choice of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.

7. Digital content & services (early expiry)

For digital content (e.g., downloads) and for services, the right of withdrawal may expire early if we begin performance after you expressly request us to start performance before the end of the withdrawal period, and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun. If you requested performance to begin during the withdrawal period and you withdraw, you may have to pay a proportionate amount for services provided up to the time you notified us.

Important: Make sure your checkout includes the required explicit request and acknowledgement if you start performance immediately.
